Decathlon trains its own management through a traineeship program and needed a large number of trainees in a short period of time. Since they did not want to expand their internal recruitment team, they were looking for a partner to strengthen their hiring efforts.
We stepped in as an extension of their recruitment department.
Through Search & selection we took over the entire process—from job descriptions and job marketing to sourcing and pre-selection.
With smart use of platforms, social media, and especially LinkedIn, we reached a wide audience.
We specifically targeted professionals with a sports background or sports education, ensuring a strong match with Decathlon’s culture and values.
